Specialized Consultative Services
Through affiliation with leading professionals specializing in various treatment options, A Small Miracle, Inc. is able to provide Specialized Consultative Services (SCS), a CAP-MR/DD service that is only offered through a small number of providers. This advanced level of services focuses on an individualized program designed and implemented to specifically address the special needs of your child.
Specialized Consultative Services are currently available with:
- Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Consultant - two licensed Psychologists specializing in behavior modification and Verbal Behavior techniques with children with autism
- Verbal Behavior (VB) Consultant - a licensed Speech/Language Pathologist specializing in Verbal Behavior treatment methodology
- Recreational Therapist - two certified Recreational Therapists are now on staff to help families find recreational resources and opportunities to improve functioning and independence, as well as reduce or eliminate the effects of illness or disability.
