Our Management Team
A Qualified Professional (QP) or Associate Professional (AP) is assigned to each client family to coordinate the staff, plan of care, case management, and to monitor the client’s progress toward predefined goals. Our QPs average more than eight years of experience in this field, and average more than four years of supervisory/management experience. Our APs meet the same educational requirements as our QPs (minimum of a four-year degree), but lack the minimum required two years of post-graduate experience. Once an AP reaches the two years of experience, they are reclassified as a QP.
Because our QPs are very involved in coordinating each child’s program, we have one of the lowest QP to client ratios in the area. Our QPs and APs take a personal interest in each of their assigned cases and get to know both the client and his or her family well.
