The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL)

In 2008, the North Carolina General Assembly passed legislation requiring all provider agencies to receive National Accreditation.  A Small Miracle, Inc. chose the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) and we are proud to announce that we were awarded our 4 year accreditation on June 26, 2009!
